Logging into the Linksys Router. Note: 192.168.1.1 is the default IP address of the router. If you changed this IP address, then you need to use the new IP address in order to access the router. The default username is blank. When logging into the router setup page, you do not need to enter a username unless you have changed it from the default. I can't figure out how to access my cable modem with my velop system installed.. I've tried all of the typical cable modem ip adresses, and nothing is working. I've tried some other random ip addresses, and no luck. I have spectrum, and I'm using an arris cable modem. Spectrum says it should be 192.168..1, but that doesn't work.
